Has anyone mounted the Rhynbor on their kayak for holding fly rod holders or regular rod holders??

We are considering purchasing 2 for our kayaks, just wondered if they are sturdy??

Thanks,
Jim & Nan

anyone planning on kayak fishing this weekend, weather permitting??

Have not used the Ryhnobar - looked like a line grabber to me since I seem to be able to make my line wrap around EVERY thing. Bought a couple of Scotty fly rod holders and mounted them just behind my seat. Very happy with the results. Out of the way - and you can lower them down to keep the rod you are not using from being hit with the fly you re casting - voice of experience - heh heh.

In this life there is fly fishing and tying...and then there is all that other stuff in between that doesn't matter.
